Breakfast

Drink a full glass of water before breakfast
For breakfast eat melon and you can each as much as you like. Any type of melon is fine.
Drink any pure fruit juice.

Lunch
.
Drink 1 full glass of water before lunch.
Eat either oranges or grapefruit or pineapples or plums but DO NOT mix the fruits. There is no restriction on how much you can eat so eat until you feel satisfied.
Dinner
.
Drink 1 full glass of water before dinner
Eat only apples, pears, grapes or bananas and again eat until your hunger is satisfied.
Drink any pure fruit juice.
Exercise
.
Take a brisk 20 minute walk each day.
Reactions
.
Most do suffer some form of reactions when on detox so don’t worry this is normal. Light headedness, nausea at times, and feeling of tiredness are common reactions. Persevere and you will reap the rewards of your efforts! Most feel fine after a couple of days.
