7 Day Detox Plan For You To Try!

Try this flexible 7 day detox plan using the meals and drinks below to make up your daily meals. Mix and match the meals below. Any meal can be exchanged for 2 portions of fresh fruit.


Breakfasts


  • Porridge
    Porridge must be made with water but you can add toppings with foods such as bananas, yoghurt, raisins.
  • Fresh fruit smoothie
    Any smoothie made from fresh fruit.
  • Fruit salad
    Fresh fruit salad.
  • Muesli
    Must not contain any added sugar.
  • Fresh fruit
    Any portion of fresh fruit.
  • Natural Yoghurt
    Any pot of natural yoghurt .


Lunches


  • Vegetable soup
    Bowl of fresh  vegetable or lentil soup with up to 2 oatcakes.
  • Jacket Potato
    Using tuna for the topping (canned in water) not in oil. Side dish of salad.
  • Avocado and Prawn salad
    Must be fresh avocado. Serve with prawns, salad  and lemon juice.
  • Grilled Fresh Fish
    Any fresh fish grilled. Serve with Jacket Potato or salad


Dinners


  • Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry
    Stir fry a selection of vegetables such as  spring onions, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and beansprouts in a little olive oil. Serve with brown rice.
  • Baked Salmon Fillet
    Salmon fillet served with a jacket potato and steamed / boiled vegetables.
  • Tuna and prawns with noodles
    Gently fry a selection of vegetables such as onions, mushrooms, peppers, courgette and leek in a little olive oil. When lightly browned, add a handful of prawns. Cook for a few minutes, then add canned tomatoes, tomato puree, black pepper and tuna canned in water. Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve with rice noodles.
  • Sweet and Sour Stir Fry with
    Fry a chopped vegetables such as onions, peppers, sweetcorn and mushrooms. Add canned pineapple, canned tomatoes, tomato purée, white wine vinegar and honey. Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce has thickened. Serve with brown rice.

Snacks


Fresh fruit, salad, natural yoghurt mixed, plain popcorn unsalted nuts and seeds


Drinks


Any natural fruit juice and make sure you drink 2 litres of tap or mineral water a day.
