Liver Detox Diet Plan

The classic liver detox diet plan is less extreme than many other detox plans and in general promotes healthy eating of easily digested food products. The aim of the liver detox diet is to give your digestive system and your liver an easier time for a period from 5 to 30 days.The basic rules of this liver detox diet are as below.
- No dairy products, meats, sugar or processed foods
- Eat only whole grains, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds.
- Drink as least two litres of water each day.
- Eat no food products that contain saturated fat.
An average day’s meals might be:
- At least 30 minutes before each meal drink 2 glasses of warm water. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Breakfast: Fresh fruit.
- Lunch: Jacket Potato with tuna or Salad or Wholemeal bread with avocado, lettuce, tomato, bean sprouts and hummus.
- Dinner: Steamed vegetables with tofu.
Exercise
A 30 minute walk each day.
Only drink pure fruit juice and water!
