Three Day Detox Diet

At least 7 days before you start this Three Day Detox Diet prepare your body by day by day reducing yout alcohol and caffeine intake . Also cut down on the processed and junk food from your diet. It is also a good idea to reduce your sugar intake and increase you intake of fruit and vegatbales. Drink more water and build up to drinking at least 10 glasses of water prior to starting the Three Day Detox Diet. Also before starting any detox plan talk to your doctor!

Day 1 -Three Day Detox Diet

On  first day 1 of  the Three Day Detox Diet  drink only of water or fresh fruit juice. You should not drink tea, coffee or alcohol.


Breakfast


Wholegrain cereal (no added sugar) and fruit. Fresh fuite juice.


Lunch


Fresh Salad and 1 piece of fruit. Fresh fruit  juice.


Dinner


Any form of natural veggie soup. Fresh fruit juice. Dinner should be eaten no later than 7pm.


Drink pleny of water throughout the day at least one glass per hour.


Exercise


Take a brisk 40 minute walk

Day 2 – Three Day Detox Diet

.


Cut out the fruit juice and only drink water.


Breakfast


2 pieces of fresh fruit. Drink at least 2 glasses of water


Lunch


Green Salad of your choice, strickly no oil /sauce dressing. Drink at least 2 glasses of water.


Dinner


Fresh steamed fish with vegtables. Drink 2 glasses of water. Again dinner should be eaten no later than 7pm.


Exercise


Take a brisk 40 minute walk

Day 3 - Three Day Detox Diet

.


Strictly fresh fruit and water only for all meals!


Again drink pleny of water at least 1 glass per hour!
